The role:

This role involves Co-ordinating a fleet of subcontract haulage providers and ensuring the flow of maintenance requests from our operations team to our maintenance division, situated in our Nangwarry, South Australia Head Office.

You will provide haulage planning direction and administer maintenance requests between our field operations and our workshop.
You will be a have sound knowledge of transportation and logistics as well as a reasonable level of maintenance flow processes.

It is desirable that the successful applicants has a proven track record and a minimum of the following:

• 3-5 years' experience in Haulage or Transport co-ordination
• Preferably knowledge of Transport & Haulage in SA/Victoria
• Sound knowledge of the Road Traffic Act, legislation, Codes of Practice and Australian Standards
• The ability to schedule work and make change based on operational requirements
• Forestry experience would be an advantage but not essential
• Experience in Corrective Maintenance Coordination
• Good communications skills
• Advance computer skills and program knowledge

Knowledge in national heavy vehicle regulations or ability and willingness to fast track learning in this field would be highly desirable
