  • The Chipper Operator takes felled trees and feeds them into the machine to strip the bark and turn into wood chip, loading trucks for transportation to the port.

    The Chipper Operator is responsible for regular knife changes, flail chain and general maintenance of their machine including cleanliness and regular greasing.

  • The Skidder Operator is responsible for clearing slash away from the chipper, laying slash into piles as directed by site plan and taking felled bunches of trees over to the chipper.

    The Skidder Operator is responsible for general maintenance of their machine including cleanliness and regular greasing.

  • Boilermakers complete fabrication repairs both infield and in the workshop on all variety of machines & equipment. These repairs can be as part of preventative maintenance, breakdown repairs & large-scale fabrication tasks.

  • Roadhouse employees have a varied daily routine including tasks such as preparing & cooking food, serving customers, stocking shelves and assisting with ordering.

  • Truck drivers drive between infield chipping sites where they are loaded by the chipper driver & applicable ports to be unloaded. Truck drivers are responsible for ensuring their loads meet all legal obligations & are delivered safely and efficiently, as well as general maintenance of their truck and trailers.

  • The Feller Buncher Operator is responsible for feeling trees across the plantation into wood packs to be moved by the Skidder Operator to the chipper.

    The Feller Buncher Operator is responsible for general maintenance of their machine including cleanliness and regular greasing.

  • Heavy Diesel Mechanics work between infield operational sites and the workshop to undertake general maintenance, breakdown repairs, servicing & major repair/shutdowns on forestry machines.

  • Light vehicle mechanics work between the workshop & infield completing servicing & repairs on our fleet of ancillary equipment including light vehicles, small-medium sized trucks, trailers & small engines/compressors.

  • The Administration team provides support for the entire Company through collating data and providing accurate and relevant reports. Roles within these teams cover many tasks such as payroll, processing payments, maintaining data bases and communicating across all departments.

  • The store person is responsible for the accurate maintenance of stock records both inwards and outwards. This position involves ordering stock and parts, regular stock takes & excellent communication between all departments.
